About the Oklahoma Investors Conference
The first Oklahoma Annual Investors Conference will be held Thursday, November 7 at the Colcord Hotel in Oklahoma City. The conference will connect the financial ecosystem by welcoming institutional investors, fund managers and prominent public figures from across the world to participate in a full day of panel discussions, keynote presentations and networking opportunities. “Financial services conferences are important for the development of the economy. The conference will feature keynote speaker, Dan Boren, President of Corporate Development for The Chickasaw Nation. Boren encourages business diversification strategies. He served previously as Oklahoma House of Representatives and as Caucus Chairman. He was the first freshman state lawmaker to ever receive this honor.
To close out the day’s events, The Oklahoma Annual Investors Conference welcomes Clay Risen, New York Times editor and renowned whiskey expert to host a whiskey tasting. Having sold over 100,000 copies of his book “Single Malt: A Guide to the Whiskies of Scotland,” Clay will present an array of selections during the tasting.
